REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Thistle Aromas, we want you to love our candles and wax melts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Change of Mind

1.1 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Damaged or Faulty Products

2.1 If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us through email within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged or faulty item

- A description of the issue

2.2 We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Items

3.1 If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a refund.

Returns Process

4.1 Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and unused within 14 days of approval.

4.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Processing

5.1 If eligible for a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
